Mountains or arid, but then trees. Rios. Valles. The first 50 km I saw that people have the name in Albanian and Greek. Not a single mosque, but churches in their place. Is clear: it is Ipiros Northern region belonging to Albania but inhabited by Greek minority. In fact, in this area live Boula cousins, who were cut off from rest of family for the incredibly cruel Stalinist regime of Enver Hoxha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enver_Hoxha). There are also some "show" of pollution that they put sharp teeth. Rather malinhas roads, but they are fixing and expanding.
